I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. Not only did the staff return the sim cards I mistakenly left in the room, but they also promptly provided me with ironing facilities upon request, showcasing their attentiveness to guests' needs. The air conditioning in the room was perfect, keeping me comfortable during my entire stay. The mini-bar was well-stocked, offering a convenient refreshment option. Sheraton truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making my visit a memorable and delightful experience.
